I've been having chronic left shoulder pain for two years that has decreased in severity since acquiring it, which felt like a heart attack when it first arose...it has also brought about tenderness in my chest and an excess of stubborn mucus in my throat...the stress of these symptoms sometimes interrupts my thought processes and causes very, very mild vertigo
