I've Been Having Dizziness And Nausea Spells Late In The

I've been having dizziness and nausea spells late in the afternoon. Also, I get home from school and i am sweating and nauseous. My mom says its dehydration and/or an allergic reaction. This happens particularly right before I go to bed. Any idea on what it could be?
