I've Been Having Explosive Headaches That Last Maybe 1 Min

I've been having explosive headaches that last maybe 1 min during orgasm and up to 24 hours of dull pain after that. This has been going on for a week. This has happend twice before first in 2016 winter for about 2 days, 2017 fall for 3 weeks and now 2018 summer which I'm a week in. This only happens when I orgasm but it happend due to anger once before As well last year. These are extreme put me on the ground pounding head aches. I just want them to end. I went to the doc last year but they said take otc pain pills after the head ache and I did but it didn't help. I'm in pain and it's hurting my relationship. I can't go to the doc rn because I'm between jobs and don't have insurance
