I've Been Having Fluttering/twitching Feeling, Pretty Consistent, On Just The

I've been having fluttering/twitching feeling, pretty consistent, on just the right side of pelvis for 3 days now. I have been on depo prevera for almost 9 months. Since this feeling started I have also been lightly spotting while passing a few small clots. Any suggestions? This feeling is driving me crazy! Thanks!
