I've Been Having Foot Swelling On And Off For A

I've been having foot swelling on and off for a couple months. It has gotten worse this week and swelled out of my shoes. A coworker checked my blood pressure and it is 168/111. I never have high blood pressure. I also have a headache, chills, and fatigue. Do you know what this could be?
