I've Been Having Frequent Random Nosebleeds For Over A Year

I've been having frequent random nosebleeds for over a year and with the nosebleeds I have a hangover feeling that comes on prior to the bleed. Also have terrible weak achey leg pain and sometimes feels like my insides are palpitating. My knees, ankles and feet are stiff and hurt. My vision has periods of fogginess during these flares.
