I've Been Having Headaches, Slight Fever, Joint Aches/body Sore, Fatigue

I've been having headaches, slight fever, joint aches/body sore, fatigue few a few weeks now. Some days I feel ok and some I feel really bad where all I can do is lay in bed. Could this be something more than a viral infection or something I need to see a Doctor for?
