I've Been Having Heart Flutters Since Last Thursday . I

I've been having heart flutters since last Thursday . I went to my doctors office bc I was experiencing dizziness, cold and purple feet, heart flutters, confusion, I was having a hard time processing my thoughts. My doctor looked at my recently prescribed medication which was metaprolol with a muscle relaxer. it lowered my heart rate to 55 beats per min . Ive stopped taking the meds but my feet are still purple and cold and my heart is still fluttering a week later. I am breathing in a labored kind of way and having trouble getting my sentences out.
Im wondering if it takes this long for the meds to get out of my system or should I seek medical help?
