I've Been Having Horrible Bone Pain, Bruises Coming Out On

I've been having horrible bone pain, bruises coming out on my thighs and legs that I didn't' even know about and I haven't been wanting to eat any food. I used to have leukemia years ago and recently when I searched up my symptoms, that was what popped out first. Should I be worried?
