I've Been Having Increased Neuropathy For Several Months. Suddenly I'm

I've been having increased neuropathy for several months. Suddenly I'm losing feeling in my limbs and falling. I've been to ER twice, had two LPs, and still no real direction. I have terrible muscle cramps and spasms day and night. I have had an abnormal EEG but normal brain, cervical, and thoracic MRIs. Any ideas?
