I've Been Having Intermittent But Excruciating Phases Of Phase In

I've been having intermittent but excruciating phases of phase in my knee, clavicle, hip and spine, one part at a time. The pain started unnoticed (a slight biting feeling in the affected area) and gradually transcended over a period of several weeks into unbearable agony. The most prominent and equally intolerable cases were the ones with my knee and hip. The pain in my knee was accompanied by oedema. A straw coloured fluid filled my knee. The pain started in my right knee and my left knee suffered the same fate a few weeks later. There resulted muscle inflexibility upto a high degree. A similar kind of pain appeared in my hip this time and both hips were again affected. The pain again gradually increased over a period of two months into unbearable pain. However, pain was intermittent and only felt at movements. It was no bone ache for I did not feel pain when one simply hit my hip. It was internal pain, kind of nerve pain, I'm not sure. The pain was accompanied by fever although of a minimal degree. There was discharge of cough as well. I tested my sputum for MTB by MTBPCR and was tested positive. The doctor said I had bone tuberculosis. I continued my medication for 8 months. The pain went away 45-50 days after I started my medication. But after two years, pain arised in my hip, again of the same kind but this time less terrible than before. This happened thrice in a span of two years. The trouble is I'm having the same kind of pain in my spine, hip and knee all together. My spine is the worst. And pain started exactly the same way, from nothing and gradually rising. Middle-lower back pain started 1 month ago and has just now crossed bearable limits. And hence, I'm so desperate. Bone tuberculosis doesn't return with this frequency. Oh and this time around I have fever again. Please diagnose me.
