I've Been Having Irrational Per , I Look In My

I've been having irrational per , I look in my previous hole and it's kinda red , when I pee it feels like a sting , should I be worried ? Does it have to do with what I'm drinking ( I've been drinking alot of soda lately ) this has never happened to me before
