I've Been Having Leg/foot Problems For Quite A While. Pinched

I've been having leg/foot problems for quite a while. Pinched nerves in legs recently after a fall. The physical therapist mentioned that it could be VARICOSE VEINS on the one leg because it's not getting better with therapy. I don't see varicose veins protruding, but I've read there can be internal veins causing a problem. My symptoms are heaviness, extreme tightness and pain. I get cramps & Charlie horses. It's terrible. My mother has varicose veins really bad. I know it's hereditary. We're wondering if the pinched nerve is really a vein issue. ????
