I've Been Having Major Stomach Problems For About 5 Solid

I've been having major stomach problems for about 5 solid months like stomach cramps acasionally, and have dark red to red bloody stool about twice a month but is mucusy almost every time. It feels like I'm passing glass threw sometimes the pain is so severe and I haven't been able to keep hardly any food down in a long time. What should I do it scares me sometime but have no insurance and not really any money
