I've Been Having Mild Muscle Spasm In Arms And Legs.

I've been having mild muscle spasm in arms and legs. This happens mostly when I'm in a resting state. It's becoming very irritating and can wake me from sleep. Along with this I feel a high level of anxiety and get hot flashes. No fever, nausea, diarrhea, but a mild head ache some times.
Thoughts?
