I've Been Having Night Mares Every Night For The Past

I've been having night mares every night for the past month. Sometimes they are very graphic sometimes I just wake up and brush it off. I have had three sleep paralysis during that time and I've had them previously before. Last night I had continuous sleep paralysis', me sleeping and then I feel an evil presence but I am unable to move or wake up for a short period of time. Also ever since the nights mares have started I have been sleeping more than 12 hours a night. Is there anything u recommend
