Ive Been Having Pain And Discomfort With My Vagina For

Ive been having pain and discomfort with my vagina for the past two days and the lips have swollen badly and are a little crusty on the outside. A urine sample was sent off to a lab today but i dont get the results untill Thursday. Is there anything i can do to ease tha pain and discomfort?
