I've Been Having Pain In My Lower Left Side All

I've been having pain in my lower left side all day today, it's making it unable to sleep, and I cannot use the bathroom. I really need a quick solution, this is causing me immense pain. I'm 19 years old, I have no way of getting to the hospital...please could you suggest something quick? I mean, I don't think it's constipation due to the fact I haven't eaten all day since last night.
