Ive Been Having Pain On Left Lower Quadrant Like Trap

Ive been having pain on left lower quadrant like trap gas or something intestinal and it happens a few times now . I had a colonoscopy and taking antibiotics. Im seeing the gastro but its hard to get an appt.
Is it a bad case of IBS or diverticulitis.
