I've Been Having Pain On The Medial Side Of Both

I've been having pain on the medial side of both big toes. I thought it might be in grown toe nails but doesn't look like it. I have been sitting a ton for the past 7 months in Massage therapy school ,many times on my legs. The toes throb when I lay down at night and the comforter feels painful to have on them at all. Possibly a circulation issue?
