I've Been Having Pin Pricks Sensations All Over, Pain In

I've been having pin pricks sensations all over, pain in my left calf and in my upper back between my shoulders. I also was just diagnosed as having some "carpal tunnel" from which my hands and arms have been numb and tingling and has bad weakness. What do you think it could be?
