I've Been Having Pressure In My Head Everyday For The

I've been having pressure in my head everyday for the past 3 weeks. The pressure spans from my left temple, across my forehead and ending at my right temple. I do not sleep well at night and I wake up about every two hours. I am becoming worried and plan on visiting a hospital soon. What could it be?
