I've Been Having Serve Pain By My Belly Button That

I've been having serve pain by my belly button that can also cause pain up where my gallbladder would be, this has been going on for a couple weeks now, tonight I'm on the verge of tears it hurts so bad. I feel nauseous, some what gassy, and the pain keeps getting worse.....what do you think this could be and what should I do?????
