I've Been Having Sever Pain In My Skull On The

I've been having sever pain in my skull on the left side, extremely tight muscles on the left side of my neck with the lymp node on the left side of my neck so swollen that it feels like I'm being choked, the feeling of extreme pressure in my face, head, ears, numbness and tingling across my thoracic area.
