Ive Been Having Sharp Piercing Pain In One Of My

Ive been having sharp piercing pain in one of my ears. it comes on all of a sudden, and I usually get three really sharp stabbing pains in a row. Can't help but grab my ear and cry out it hurts so bad. but then its gone as fast as it comes on. Its happened a few times this month, usually at night. sometimes my ear will hurt afterwards. Mostly I notice that it kind of sound and feels funny when I drink something.
