I've Been Having Slight Pains Around My Heart, It Started

I've been having slight pains around my heart, it started in the beginning of the year. When I move, breath or laugh, especially when I laugh the pain last for a minute or so and has me clutching my heart. With the other two it only happens sometimes. I am 16 and at a healthy weight. Is it normal and should I go get it checked out by the doctor?
