I've Been Having Small Bumps Appear On The Back Of

I've been having small bumps appear on the back of my heel. Sometimes these are quite painful and may be more pronounced at times. I work part time, standing in place on a concrete floor for up to 7 hrs per day.
I've heard my problem could be tendonitis. Thank you.
