I've Been Having Some Chest Pain Recently And First Noticed

I've been having some chest pain recently and first noticed it while shoveling snow. It is also sometimes uncomfortable to lay on my sides at night. Today every time I reach my left arm out to the side(like opening the car door from inside the car), I have chest pain. Could this be muscle related?
