I've Been Having Some "twinges" In My Right Ovary That

I've been having some "twinges" in my right ovary that feel like it used to feel when I ovulated. I am 56, and post menopausal for since 53. I am overweight, but don't think I have other risk factors. I'm just wondering if I should take it seriously or not.
