Ive Been Having Spouts Of Dizziness, In The Hands And

Ive been having spouts of dizziness, in the hands and feet and hot flashes for about 3 weeks now. Im a male 32 year's old. So confused about this. The ER told me vertigo but I didn't think all those symptoms were associated with vertigo. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
