I've Been Having Stomach Problems For About A Year Now.

I've been having stomach problems for about a year now. I've had a colonoscopy and an edoscopy which ruled out celiacs, chrons or ibs. I have a generalized pain on the left side of my abdomen and over the past couple of days when I've felt like I needed to go I just pass mucus. Over the past two days I've noticed white foamy mucus when I go to have a bowel movement but I can't pass much else. What is going on with my body ?
