I've Been Having Symptoms For About A Year, But They

I've been having symptoms for about a year, but they are rapidly becoming more severe and more frequent. My hands, mainly my fingers, my feet, mainly my toes and occasionally the bridge of my nose turns bright red. It's warm to the touch and produces a very intense burning sensation accompanied often with itching. It happens in a type of flare up sometimes lasting hours sometimes less. I've noticed the later in the day it is the more it happens and the worse it is when it does. The only relief is if I submerge my hands or feet in cold water, ice them, or elevate them. I've noticed heat triggers the flare ups. When the weather is warm it is drastically worse. It's becoming intolerable and is now disrupting or preventing my sleep.
I've had blood tests that have all come back normal. I've been to a rhuematologist and a vascular specialist who do not know what this is or why it is happening.
I've done research on this and I keep coming up with something called Erythromelalgia. It fits every symptom I'm experiencing. I've brought up this condition to all of my doctors to which they have all said they've never heard or seen Erythromelalgia in anyone they've treated. They have not looked into it any further.
I'm becoming frustrated and feeling hopeless and my symptoms continue to become more frequent and severe. Could I possibly have Erythromelalgia, is there a specific type of Doctor I should see to diagnosis that? I don't know where to turn next.
