I've Been Having Terrible Nose Bleeds That Are Pinkish. I

I've been having terrible nose bleeds that are pinkish. I also get terrible headaches after and feel my face is swollen. It makes me light headed and dizzy. I used to play lots of hands on sports like football. I was wondering what these could be side effects too.
