Ive Been Having Terrible Vibrating Tingling Spasms Down My Spine

Ive been having terrible vibrating tingling spasms down my spine for 25 years or so. I literally have to yelp jump whence or whatever-but i cant sit still i would rather be in pain the only relief is pressure. it only occurs every 5yrs or so-i am very healthy and excercise 6 days a week-45yrs old female african american
