I've Been Having This Feeling Like Something Was In My

I've been having this feeling like something was in my throat.... Like a tightness feeling. I've had a sonogram with showed a 9mm cyst on my thyroid. I went to an endocrinologist and was told the cyst was too small to be causing discomfort. I was referred on to an ENT, who put a scope up my nose and looked into my throat... The ENT said possible acid reflux and referred me to a gastroenterologist. The gastroenterologist said it was common sign of acid reflux and prescribed omprozole saying I would feel better by the end of the weekend... It's no better... I have an endoscopy scheduled soon. I am wondering what else could cause this problem? It feels like my prescription gets caught up while swallowing. It feels like there is something in my throat... My breathing feels a little obstructed with chest pressure, and I'm getting easily winded.
