I've Been Having This Pain In My Head Like A

I've been having this pain in my head like a headache but its not like a normal headache. Its this sharp pain on either the left or right side and it lasts a long time. I even wake up with the headache. Sometimes my arms feel numb or has a tingly also. My vision gets blurred try too.. I went to the ER and they gave Mr muscle relaxer and ibuprofen. They said it was a tension headache.. But I honestly don't believe it is.
