I've Been Having This Problem For Years But I Thought

I've been having this problem for years but I thought it was me drinking caffeine but my clitorus leaks urine....I've asked my doctor and she says I maybe sensitive to caffeine but for the past few weeks I've been drinking at least or close to 64oz of water. Can you help me?
