Ive Been Having This Severe Coughing Attack And It Get

Ive been having this severe coughing attack and it get worse at night. I tried everything like cough medicine like Robotussin, allergy pills rx by my doctor my wife even rubbed on my chest and back vicks vapor rub and nothing is working. I need help. My wife think I have Whooping Cough. What do you think?
