I've Been Having This Sporadic Cough And Slight Sore Throat

I've been having this sporadic cough and slight sore throat with clogged ears.
My chest feels a bit heavy, the smallest exertion giving me labored breathing.
I also feel some fatigue.
This started a few days ago and I don't have the usual cough/flu symptoms.
Not sure what this is. I've been outdoors a lot more and working out just prior to this as I'm training for a big hiking trip coming up next week.
