I've Been Having This Warm Sensation In My Upper Left

I've been having this warm sensation in my upper left thigh...it comes and go for the last 10 days.....now I feel the warm sensation in my left side of my face and leg feels a little bit if pain running down entire left leg and arm....not painful but very mild.
