Ive Been Having Upper Right Back Pain (inside And Tender

Ive been having upper right back pain (inside and tender to touch), deep stomach pain when urinating, extreme constipation (usually always have diarrhea), and a lot of pelvic pressure. Its really scaring me because ive been getting really bad sweats and fevers. What could this possibly be??
