I've Been Having Watery Diarrhea Once Or Twice A Day

I've been having watery diarrhea once or twice a day for over two weeks after being prescribed clindamycin and antibiotic eyedrops to treat a cyst in an eyelid. The cyst is gone and I've been off the antibiotics for over a week but the diarrhea persists. I have limited my fluid intake because it seems to promote diarrhea and now my urine is dark yellow. Imodium A/D gives temporary relief. My stomach seems okay, no pain or vomiting but the watery diarrhea persists. I'm 64 and usually don't get flulike symptoms more than a couple days a year. Any suggestions?
