I've Been Home For Two Days With What I Thought

I've been home for two days with what I thought was the flu. However everything that comes out of me, both ends, is yellow liquid. I finally managed to eat a piece of toast a couple hours ago and now I have diarrhea again. Could the yellow be a sign of gallbladder issues?
