I've Been Ill For About A Week, Sinus Issues Brought

I've been ill for about a week, sinus issues brought in by allergies. After three days in bed with otc treatment (alkaseltzier sinus, Claritin, Flonase) I began my normal routine. Seven days after symptoms appeared I was bombarded with green mucus and lost my voice. I don't feel worse, just bad in a different way. More sore throat.
No fever at all.

How can I mend myself?
