I've Been In Treatment For An Eating Disorder For Two

I've been in treatment for an eating disorder for two months, and things have been medically getting bad again. My head has been hurting really badly, and I've been kinda dizzy. I've been incredibly fatigued to the point where I fall asleep almost the second I sit down. I feel really weak and cold all the time. There was blood in my stool earlier. Not really sure what to do.
