I've Been Light Headed. Have Funny Feelings In Arms. Back

I've been light headed. Have funny feelings in arms. Back pain when pushing on spine. Staring almost lethargic. Had ECHO good. Had brain MRI good. Stress test good.
Started right after sinus infection and now my ears won't pop as well.
This has been going on for a couple years. Need help.
