I've Been On 20mg Of Methadone For 7 Years For

I've been on 20mg of methadone for 7 years for crohns. I jumped off 9 days ago and was given Percocet to help. I don't wanna trade one demon for another. I've taken 1 Percocet a day and I feel so depressed and anxious. How long will this last and what can I do to help? Also, I ended up with cdiff and now on vancomycin for that. I feel like crap.. Plz help!
