Ive Been On 875mg Augmenton Since Monday For Sinus Infection

Ive been on 875mg Augmenton since Monday for Sinus Infection the Amoxicillin wasnot working, have had a bad sore throat, still a lil sore but better, i have had bad diarrhea & headaches, real dizzy & nausea & vomiting, have taken with food my question is should i continue the medication for the rest of the 7 days or go to urgent care
