I've Been On Agarline For Several Years. I Had To

I've been on Agarline for several years. I had to bee off of it for 5 days for surgery. Once I started it again, (It may be nothing) I am having trouble swallowing, and my feet, ankles and lower legs are at least 3 times what they should be due to swelling. I had a Bard power port installed. No chemo given. I have polycythemia vera. my veins are gone, I've had 3 major strokes at the age now of 54.
