I've Been On Ovranette For About 6 Months Now And

I've been on Ovranette for about 6 months now and I've started getting acne round my chin and neck, most of which are huge painful lumps that are hard to get rid of. I was previously on Microgynon 30 which again gave me bad acne about 6 months in. I also tried cilest but it gave me horrific mood swings. I have read good things about Yasmin to help with spots. My skin has never been so bad...Is it likely it is the pill causing my spots and if so what can I do?
